Explanation:

The word “Hrishikesh” means Lord of the mind and senses. He is the Supreme Master of everyone’s mind and senses, including his own.

The Guru of Sri Krishna was Saint Sandipani. After the completion of his education, Lord Krishna wanted to offer a Guru Dakshina. As Guru Dakshina Guru Sandipani asked Lord Krishna to find his lost son. After searching for a while, Lord Krishna found out that the Guru’s son was captured and abducted by a demon named Panchajana. The demon lived under the sea in the form a conch shell. Krishna soon entered into a fight with the demon and killed him. He rescued the son of Saint Sandipani and took the conch shell. The conch, Panchajanya, is named after this demon.Another legend suggests that the Panchajanya was one of the items that appeared during the churning of ocean or the Samdura Manthan.

Human heart resembles Sankham in shape and functioning. The master pacemaker is located in the atrium (upper chamber). It acts like a spark plug that fires in a regular, rhythmic pattern to regulate the heart's rhythm. This “spark plug” is called the sinoatrial (SA), or sinus node. It sends signals to the rest of the heart so the muscles will contract. As heart beats, blood pumps through the body. It is brilliant design. This is the key in spirituality for Seekers.

The heart generates different kinds of frequencies, depending on that emotions other functioning of the body is decided. One of the best frequencies is LOVE. Th entire body gets different kind of energy. The next best is Bhakthi. This opens up many channels in the body to experience divine realms. To Visualize Krishna in the heart, it generates extremely rare frequency, then you can perceive God.

The divine special energy is hidden in deepest ocean of your consciousness, with great difficulty, by meditating and controlling senses and mind, you can retrieve it. This is your Sankham. This energy blows through your heart and generates special frequency. It passes through your whole body by generating high frequency divine voltage, shoots through your spine through Brahmma Randaram or Top of your head, reaches the Cosmic Conscience realm.  Now you have Darshan of Maha Vishnu.

Each one us have our own Conc shells. Blow it everyday and declare your intention to realize SELF.
